Sign up for this unique adventure that takes place the 3rd Saturday of each month, and you'll see a variety of condos and lofts in 3 of the best neighborhoods in Minneapolis in all price ranges. Condo Crawl Details:

• Meet us at DRG! [HGA Architects Parking Lot, 701 Washington Ave N Minneapolis, MN 55401, link to map/directions]
• Park and hop on the DRG Condo Crawl bus! [Park in HGA parking lot, look for DRG signs with balloons]
• 9AM: Ride to Breakfast at Spill The Wine….one of Washington Avenue's fine establishments with character and delicious food.
• 10:30-12:30 Tour #1 [Condos/Lofts $200k to $250k Mill District / North Loop Neighborhoods]
• 12:30 Lunch at The Loop. Bistro-style food in a classic North Loop dwelling with amazing atmosphere.
• 1:45-4:30 Tour #2 [Condos/Lofts $300k to $600k Mill District / St. Anthony Main Neighborhoods]
• All tour participants will receive special offers from Guthrie, Restaurants and a Sporting Event
